Q Electrical Services main resource is its people. We will not lose sight of the fact that we are Electrical and Communications Contractors and we sell labour. The tradesmen, apprentices and supervisors in the field determine whether we are profitable or not.
Q Electrical Services aims to provide continuity of employment to all personnel and give the managing director return on his investment. This is achieved by:

Management
The company’s strength comes from the privilege of having a core group of key personnel who have grown with complex and varying tasks associated with general contracting in the service, building and construction industries noted previously.
Q Electrical Services management team has combined experience gained from over 80 years of management covering three states.
Control
Q Electrical Services operates under established and management procedures which have been developed from the ground up and proven across all working sectors enabling us to confidently pursue existing and new clients – showing professionalism in a demanding market.
These procedures constantly prove to be the recipe for success and will be the cornerstone of Q Electrical Services entire ethos. As such this management structure and operations are flexible only to changing industry needs and strictly enforced by the owner.
